No Purchase Is Necessary to enter this contest you may enter as often as you Like.

Term:
This contest will run monthly. Drawings will be held on the last day of each month at midnight PST

Prize:
One winner will receive one $50 Gift Certificate to be applied against purchases made online at the merchant chosen from our list of available merchants. Winner will be given a list of participating merchants to choose from. To claim the prize the winner must choose a merchant from the list of participating merchants

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning is determined by the number of entries received.

How to Participate:
You are automatically entered into the contest when you complete and transmit the on-line entry form before 11:59 p.m. EST on the day prior to the drawing date.

Notification:
The prize winner will be notified via e-mail following the drawing date and must respond to the notification within 14 days or the prize will be forfeited. The prize winner's name will be posted on our site. Prize winners do not need to be online at time of notification.

Redemption:
The Gift Certificate will be sent to the winner via email, along with instructions regarding how to redeem the certificate.

Eligibility:
This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The SearchBooty reserves the right in it's sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of sponsor, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Taxes, and additional shipping, handling and delivery fees in excess of the prize amount, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Un-accepted prizes may not be awarded. Expiration:
The prize will expire one year from date of issuance.
